The Wardway Kenwood is a 1930s Neo-Tudor and it’s one of my favorite Montgomery Ward kit homes. It’s cute, it’s quaint, it’s practical and it’s just fun to look at.

On a recent trip to Annapolis, I was surprised to find that there were many Wardway Homes (Montgomery Ward’s brand) throughout the city. I’ll post more of those photos in coming weeks. The Kenwood pictured here still has its original siding, but the oversized dormer window was probably added in later years.
