A preponderance of Sears homes got their names from Midwestern towns and cities. The names of Wardway homes came from a broader pool. Below are two Wardway houses that I found in West Virginia. The first house (Wardway Miami) is in Petersburg, West Virginia (near Moorefield) and the second house (Wardway Orlando) was found in Beckley West Virginia.
It’d be interesting to know how these two Wardway homes came to be named after two of Florida’s largest cities. Interestingly, both of these homes are foursquares!
