It’ was called The Maywood and was offered at the low, low price of $2278. Not a bad deal, especially with payments of only $45 a month. This proved to be a very popular house for Wards (and Sears!), and below are several extent photos of Wardway Maywoods in and around Michigan. Sears offered The Barrington, which was virtually identical to the Wardway Maywood. Like the Maywood, the Sears Barrington also proved to be a very popular home and a strong seller.
